CONOUT Constructive Outdoor Training was founded in 2000 by Markus Ried. Markus Ried is owner and Managing Director.
Conout delivers customized outdoor trainings and experience-driven outdoor events for a broad range of blue chip clients . They create and deliver outdoor trainings that develop teams, enhance leadership skills and improve project management techniques. Each tailor-made training encourages individuals to get actively involved so as to ensure the individual’s learnings are developed and generate sustainable effects. Each outdoor training helps individuals identify new learnings about themselves and other team members, the results of which can easily be transferred into everyday business life practice.
